You create an Out of Bounds Boundary Line by "drawing" the boundary line.

1Click the Create Out of Bounds Boundary Line button

2Click the corner points that define the shape of the Boundary Line.

3End the operation by double clicking the left mouse button, pressing the Esc key, or clicking the right mouse button.

Change the properties (dashing) by right clicking on the Boundary line, then selecting the Properties menu item.
